These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services and messages of Content Joy LLC, operating as The Ads Factory (“The Ads Factory,” “we,” “us”). By applying to work with us, booking a call, opting in to messages or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
The Ads Factory is a marketing agency for local businesses. We create ads using your brand and materials and run paid advertising campaigns for your business. The scope, fees and any advertising spend arrangements for your account are set out in your order, invoice or written agreement with us.
Eligibility and your information
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide (photos, videos, logos and business information). You grant us a license to use, edit and adapt that content to make and run your ads. You confirm you have the rights to everything you provide and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Advertising platforms
Ads run on third-party platforms that have their own policies and may reject, limit or remove ads at their discretion. We are not responsible for platform decisions, outages or policy changes.
Billing and cancellation
Fees are billed as set out in your order or invoice. There is no long-term contract: you can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to get you results, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, customers or revenue.
SMS program terms
Program name: The Ads Factory. Program description: The Ads Factory sends text messages to business owners who opt in on our application form, including follow-ups about their application and confirmations and reminders for calls they book with us.
- Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@theadsfactory.co.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted on this page.
