Client materials: photos, videos, logos, brand colours, copy and other content you provide so we can make your ads.
Advertising account information: access you grant to your advertising accounts and the results data those platforms report, used only to run and manage your ads.
Billing information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical information: data your browser sends when you visit our website, such as IP address, device and browser type, which our hosting provider logs.
Communications: messages you exchange with us by email, text message or phone.

How we use your information

To review your application, schedule calls and follow up on your enquiry.
To make, run and manage ads for your business and report on them.

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate our business, such as website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery (Twilio) and the advertising platforms that run your ads, and only as far as needed to provide our services. These providers are bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations. As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for marketing purposes. We keep your information for as long as you are a client or prospect, or as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Access is restricted to the people who need it, and data is encrypted in transit.
